Since December 2010, he has been the Chief Financial Officer of an international oil exploration company focused on Thailand. From 2002 to 2010 he was a director of a mineral exploration company focused in southeastern Europe, and during this period held a number of executive positions including Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer. Previously he was the Chief Financial Officer of Royal Oak Mines Ltd. and the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ourominas Resources Ltd. a mineral exploration company focused in Brazil. Earlier in his career, Mr. Serin held a number of technical and financial positions with Aquitaine Company of Canada (now Husky Oil), an international oil and gas company, including responsibility for all financial aspects of Aquitaine’s U.S. subsidiary and the administration of approximately US$2 billion of long term debt.. Mr. Serin holds a BSc in mining engineering and an MBA from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

Donald Lucia, Jr. received his CPA license in December 1982, and his insurance and securities licenses in 1998 and 2006, respectively. Having worked primarily with privately owned growth enterprises, Donald has provided accounting, financial, tax, and business consulting services. He specialized in construction, manufacturing, medical, real estate and wholesale distribution.
Donald also developed systems to increase revenue, reduce costs, increase operational efficiencies, utilizing effective business structures, and sophisticated tax planning, as well as succession plans for closely held companies.
Jim Karger is a lawyer, writer and popular speaker. For 36 years he has represented American business in disputes with various agencies of the United States government.
